The New Hotel Phone

One number. Better guest service. Simpler team operations.

Calls, texts, and voicemails land in one shared place. Anyone on shift can pick up where the last person left off.

Why Hello Hotel

Three things make Hello Hotel different.

One number, every channel

One Number for Calls and Texts

Guests call or text the same hotel-owned number — and your team handles both from the same inbox. No separate texting line, no extra app, no second voicemail box to check.

No apps. No menus.

Familiar to your guests, day one.

Guests reach you the way they reach anyone else — a call or a text to a number they can save in their phone. No download, no portal login, no phone tree to navigate.

Work that runs itself

Automations from your hotel's number.

Set up automated check-in messages, mid-stay nudges, and post-stay follow-ups — all sent from your hotel's number, so guests still feel like they're hearing from your team.

Integrations

Works with the tools you already run on.

Mews is live and synced. Zapier, RemoteLock, and webhooks for the rest — your CRM, your smart locks, whatever else you run.

On the roadmap

An AI agent trained on your property.

We're building an AI agent that knows your policies, your PMS, and your conversation history — not a generic chatbot. It'll handle routine guest questions, help with bookings, and escalate to your team when it needs to. Hotels in the pilot will shape what it does first.

Why we built this

Built at a hotel, for hotels.

Hello Hotel exists because I needed it at my own hotel. I own The Timberline, a boutique motel in Leadville, Colorado — and every phone and messaging tool I tried was built for call centers, sales teams, or offices. None of them worked the way my team actually worked. So I built the one I wanted. The Timberline was Hello Hotel's first customer, and every feature here started as something we needed to solve a real problem at a real front desk.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Hello Hotel.

What is Hello Hotel?

Hello Hotel is a phone and messaging system built for hotels. Your property gets one shared number guests can call or text, and your whole team works from a single shared inbox — connected to your PMS so reservation context shows up next to every conversation. Built by a hotel operator for other hotel operators.

How is this different from a regular phone system?

Most business phone systems were built for call centers, sales teams, or offices — they don't know anything about your guests, who's checking in, or how a hotel team actually shares coverage. Hello Hotel was built for hotels from the ground up. Numbers belong to your property, not your staff. Your PMS data flows into every conversation. Routing matches the way a front desk works.

What can guests do with it?

Guests don't download anything or learn a new system. They call or text the same hotel number — the way they already reach anyone else — and your team replies from a shared inbox. No app, no portal login, no phone tree to navigate.

How much does Hello Hotel cost?

Plans start at $99/mo for Core, $149/mo for Team, and $299/mo for Scale. Every plan includes the full Hello Hotel product — calls, texts, shared inbox, PMS integration, and AI features as they ship. No per-user fees, no feature gating. See full pricing.

How do I get started?

Two paths: sign up and start your subscription, or apply to the pilot. Pilot properties get six months free and a direct line to shape the product as we build it. Either way, the team will walk you through onboarding.

We're building the future of hotel phones, and we want you to be part of it.

Hello Hotel is early, operator-led, and evolving fast. We're onboarding our first customers now and actively shaping what comes next.

If you want to be one of our first customers, we'd love to talk. If you just want to share feedback, ideas, or tell us how your property is solving guest communication today, we want to hear from you too.
